1UP Cargo Manage Multi-Shipment Project of Mining Equipment
18th August 2026
1UP Cargo are proud to report a recent multi-shipment RORO project, moving heavy equipment with speed, precision, and expertise from Fremantle in Australia, to Bauan Port, Philippines.
They successfully managed a series of four RORO shipments consisting of oversized mining equipment. The complex, high-value movements required meticulous planning, technical expertise, and flawless execution.
Across the four project shipments, the 1UP Cargo team coordinated the movement of:
- 152.8tn of mining equipment
- 465.71cbm of project cargo
- 4 specialized RORO sailings
The cargo included rebuilt underground mining equipment, wheel loaders, and heavy drilling machinery, each presenting unique logistical challenges and demanding precise coordination to meet strict vessel schedules.
Omid Jay Ahmadi (1UP General Manager) comments; "One of the standout achievements was the turnaround time. Confirmation for the final shipment was received on 14 July, and the cargo was successfully loaded onboard just three days later on 17 July. Delivering specialised RORO cargo within such a tight timeframe takes more than speed - it demands experience, trusted partnerships, and operational excellence."
From origin operations in Australia to the successful discharge at Bauan Port, Philippines, every shipment was moved seamlessly, safely, and on schedule. This project reflects 1UP Cargo's ability to manage complex project cargo with confidence and deliver certainty where precision matters most.
"At 1UP Cargo, we don't just move oversized freight, we deliver confidence, one project at a time."
