Glaube Logistics recently managed the complete movement of a single breakbulk autoclave unit from Jeddah Port to its final site in Oman, coordinating every stage from vessel discharge through to customs and transit formalities, cross-border transit, and specialised low-bed road transport.

Port Handling & Discharge
Vessel discharge operations at Jeddah Port coordinated with terminal operators, using appropriate lifting arrangements for the autoclave's dimensions and weight.
Customs Clearance
Documentation, duty assessment, and clearance formalities managed with Saudi customs authorities to release the cargo without delay.
Transit Clearance
Cross-border transit permits and clearance procedures handled for the overland movement from Saudi Arabia into Oman.
Low-Bed Trailer Transport
The autoclave was loaded and secured on a low-bed trailer suited to its profile, with route planning for a safe overland haul to site.

After the autoclave was discharged from the vessel, it was moved to the designated handling area under close supervision to confirm the unit was received free of damage. Import documentation was then processed and customs clearance secured, clearing the way for onward transit preparation.
The unit was positioned and secured on the low-bed trailer, with lashing and load distribution checked against its weight and centre of gravity.
On route, transit documentation was presented and cleared at the border, allowing the trailer to proceed into Oman without interruption. Once the autoclave had reached the final destination in Oman, the Glaube Logistics team coordinated the safe offloading and handover.
