The heaviest generator weighed 110mt, requiring expert coordination, detailed route planning, and flawless execution from factory pickup to port delivery in the USA.

Their full scope covered multi-axle transportation, route survey, engineering, lashing & securing, port stevedoring, and MPP geared vessel chartering - all completed under strict safety and engineering standards.

Their in-house engineering division prepared the method statement, transport drawings, DG shock absorbers for vibration control, COG monitoring, and lifting drawings to secure MWS approval and compliance.
