The initial road leg involved transporting the filters from the UAE to Polaris's storage yard in Oman, approximately 15km from the intended loading port. The operation required specialised trailers, route surveys, street furniture removals, cross-border permits, and escort arrangements.

With significant congestion at Omani ports and vessel berthing delays extending to approximately one month, Polaris Projects coordinated cargo staging and vessel arrangements to help minimise delays and maintain operational efficiency.
