Royal Logistics Achieve Milestones in First Half of 2025

PT. Royal Cargo Logistics, our members in Indonesia, are pleased to report on the successful completion of two major projects.
Among these key accomplishments is the completion of the Jetty Extension Project, including the construction of additional structures for Dolphin Jetty Unit 1 at Tarahan Port.
This technically demanding assignment involved the transport of 63 large steel pipes - each 48 meters in length and 1 meter in diameter - from Ciwandan Port to a private jetty at Tarahan.
The scope of work included a 2-month dedicated charter of a 230-foot barge for pipe loading at Ciwanda, and a 180-foot barge for crane positioning at the site in Tarahan.
"Operations were carried out smoothly, strictly adhering to timelines and safety protocols throughout each phase."
Building on this momentum, the team recently concluded the domestic transport and installation of a power transformer & its accessories.
This involved the specialised handling and movement of the transformer from Cikarang, West Java, to Baros Substation in Serang.
The technical scope included heavylift transport, installation, vacuum, oil purification, and site acceptance testing (SAT).
These back-to-back projects reflect PT. Royal Cargo Logistics Indonesia’s growing presence in project transportation logistics.
