WPCS with Barge Solution to Keep Project Cargo Moving

PCN members in Ireland, Wilkinson Project Cargo Services (WPCS) report a recent challenging project resulting in a happy client.
The shipment required loading from Ireland to Belgium. However, due to unexpected roadworks and resulting permit issues, WPCS had to come up with an alternative option.
Managing Director at WPCS, Andrew Wilkinson comments; "Our solution was to get the units lifted onto a barge and move them down the canal past the point of the roadwork issues. Then the trucks met the units at the barge unloading point and re-loaded them back onto trailers and onwards to the final destination."
WPCS can always come up with creative solutions to efficiently and safely keep the project moving.
